Ex-EY & Deloitte, Emanuelle brings 15+ years of business strategy prowess and passion for language to every project that she touches. With experience in Paris, NYC and Tel Aviv, she has a unique ability to identify opportunities and convey business strategies in a clear and impactful way. Whether it’s to secure funding, grow brand equity or enter new markets, the outcome is the same: significant impact to the bottom line.
Natalie Shell
Partner & Co-founder
Known for her work at Wix where she was employee #30 and crafted their brand language and tagline, Natalie is a multipotentialite with over 20 years experience in strategy consulting, web and branding for the fortune 500 through to budding start-ups. A passionate storyteller, she is also a sought after speaker, published author and co-founder of CreativeMornings/Tel Aviv.
Oriane Morley
PR Expert
Ex-Blackstone and iAngels, Oriane brings 15+ years of experience in media and communication, a field in which she worked at leading firms and VCs in the United States and Israel. Oriane has managed million dollar budgets, overseeing agency relationships and delivering communication leadership. She 3 uniquely combines communications with with an insider expertise in media and what works for investors.
Hanna Barnes
Head Designer
An international design superstar, Hanna’s concepts and designs have graced everything from small start-ups to multinationals. Having worked at agencies and leading companies in France, Israel, and South Africa, she speaks 3 languages and elevates every brand she touches. Today, she divides her time exclusively as Head Designer for Message-Lab and Yuval Harari / Sapienship.

Senior Designer
Talented and creative, Ela blends both experience in branding and product design, with a distinct artistic flair. With experience across industries, from luxury to start-up to defense, she elevates the design language of any project she touches. She is also curator, and creator of EclecticTLV.
Rachel Ostein
Content Marketing, SEO, PPC
An expert in both the technical and creative sides of content marketing, PPC advertising, and SEO, Rachel’s skills were honed as CMO at various start-ups and as an in-house consultant at Wix.com. Rachel is best known for managing WIX’s writers team, and playing an integral role in WIX’s SEO and Super Bowl campaign efforts.
